Fees
The CESPC-9/COST PlAgri registration is all inclusive. Accommodation, meals and attendance at the conference are all included in the cost of your registration. During the registration each participants will receive a conference bag containing conference program, book of abstracts, notepad, pen, and various information materials.

Cancellation Fee
If a registrant is unable to attend the symposium he/she may substitute someone else from the same organization/institurion and inform the organizers about the substitution well in advance. If the registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:Registrations cancellation:
a) > 60 days before the symposium: 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
b) 30-60 days before the symposium: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
c) < 30 days before the symposium: no refund.
For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded. For bank transfers, the bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
